Front Range Village Gift Cards FAQ:
- Where can the gift cards be purchased?
Gift Cards can be purchased at the Guest Services office (2720 Council Tree Ave, Suite 160) or CLICK HERE to purchase online.
- When can the gift cards be purchased?
Guest Service hours are 9am-6pm Monday through Friday. Gift cards can be purchased online at any time.
- What payment type(s) are accepted?
We will accept cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
- What payment type(s) are not accepted?
Personal and company checks, certified checks and bank drafts will not be accepted.
- In what amounts can the gift cards be purchased?
Gift cards can be purchased in amounts ranging from $5 to $500.
- Is there a limit to the number of gift cards that can be purchased?
No, there is no limit to the number of gift cards that can be purchased.
- Can the gift cards be purchased online?
Yes. In addition to purchasing gift cards at Guest Services, you can CLICK HERE to purchase gift cards online.
- Are there fees to purchase a gift card?
No. Unlike most shopping centers, Front Range Village does not charge a purchase/activation fee if purchasing gift cards at the Guest Services office. If gift card purchases are made online, a 4.85% processing fee will be charged to the customer.
- Where is the gift card accepted?
Gift cards are accepted at all Front Range Village retailers.
- Does the gift card ever expire?
Gift cards will expire 3 years from the purchase date. Should your card expire with a remaining balance, please visit Guest Services to have the balance transferred to a new card.
- Is there a fee to transfer the balance from one gift card to another?
There is no fee to transfer the balance from one gift card to another, for example: consolidating multiple gift card balances onto a single card, or to replace damaged/expired cards. However, if your gift card is lost or stolen, a $5 processing fee will be charged to transfer funds to a new card.
- What happens to the unused remaining balance?
A $2 account maintenance fee will be deducted from the remaining balance beginning a year from the card purchase date. This fee will be deducted monthly until the balance has been depleted, either from fee deductions or from using the card at a Front Range Village retailer.
- What if the gift card is lost or stolen?
If you suspect your card has been lost or stolen, Guest Services will be able to lock the lost/stolen card and transfer the balance to a new gift card for a $5 processing fee. Please bring your receipt with you to verify your lost/stolen gift card number.
- What are the Account Maintenance Fee (AMF) details of your program?
A $2-a-month AMF will be deducted from the balance of your gift card starting a year from the card purchase date. The AMF will continue to be deducted each month until there are no remaining funds left on the card, either from fee deductions or from using the gift card at a Front Range Village retailer.
- Do you store cardholder data?
We do collect cardholder data and will use it only as necessary in the daily processing of gift card sales. We will never sell or disclose cardholder data to unauthorized individuals or companies.
